The World is Just a Book Away Muhammad Yunus Library-SDN Juwetkenongo serves 492 children in grades 1-6.
This library is named in honor of Dr. Muhammad Yunus, "Banker to the Poor," who established the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh in 1983, which focuses on microlending and which has helped tens of millions of people help themselves out of a life of poverty to a life of dignity. In 2006, Dr. Yunus was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
